Performances

Anime North 2016 - Toronto, Ontario

After the performance one of the other competitors said that he had to ask for a tissue since he was laughed so hard that tears were running down his face.

The coconuts are indeed real, and it's very hard to cut one open in a hotel room. Luckily we had brought a hammer in case the rivets needed repairs, so Pollux hammered a knife into the coconut. The knife is now bent, but the coconut broke into almost perfect halves. The unicorn costume was been a joke gift to Kastor from friends.

Dragon Con 2014 - Atlanta, Georgia

The original sound was corrupted.  I've pasted the sound track over top, but left in what the recording did pick up so you can hear the audience at the end.  It means that the sound is scratchy in some places.  My video editing skills are limited.  We had two amazing volunteers: Matthew and Logan as Elsa's men in waiting.

Comic Con 2014 - Ottawa, ON

The soundtrack for this one is super complicated.  I talked with one of the judges afterwards, who said we should have won the WTF award for the skit.  Still, a choreographed dance is always fun.  Pollux's brother, Ben, plays Hans.

Costume Con 32 (2014)- Toronto, ON

When we went for our practice, the masquerade volunteers were on the ground laughing, which was an awesome feeling.  We look a bit unsure on stage because we decided two nights before that we were actually going to put in an entry, which meant we had to develop the full concept, choreography and soundtrack very quickly.

When we practiced, one the stage ninjas was actually on the ground rolling around laughing, which made us and everyone else start laughing too.

Comic Con 2013 - Ottawa, ON

This was our first ever performance.  According to a friend in the audience, after the skit, the MCs looked at the audience and said "They're just novices! I can't believe it", or something along those lines.  Best friend Paula is Katara.
